GENDER EQUALITY POLICY
At IPS S.p.A. we are committed to the highest ethical standards every day in everything we do.
We strive hard to create a work environment in which we are proud to work. We value diversity and inclusion. We treat all people with whom we interact in an ethical and dignified manner.
We are committed to implementing a management system to promote gender equality, value diversity and support women's empowerment; this system involves activating the following areas:
IPS S.p.A. considers the following objectives to be priorities:

We are committed to implementing a management system to promote gender equality, value diversity and support women's empowerment; this system involves activating the following areas:
- opportunities for growth in the company and equal pay;
- policies for the management of parenting and work-life balance;
- policies for managing business processes.
IPS S.p.A. considers the following objectives to be priorities:
- Respect the constitutional principles of equality and parity;
- Adopt policies and measures to promote women's employment;
- Adopt measures to promote effective equality between men and women in employment, including: equal opportunities in access to employment, income equality, equal access to career and training opportunities, full implementation of paternity leave in line with European best practices;
- Promote welfare policies to support the “silent work” of those dedicated to family care, in compliance with co. 1 art.3 of the Constitution (formal equality);
- Adopt specific measures in favor of equal opportunities, in line with co. 2 art. 3 of the Constitution (substantive equality);
- Integrate the principle of gender equity into national legislation so that its voluntary adoption becomes a reference, should public and private organizations of all sectors and sizes be required to certify the sustainability and adoption of gender policies, justified because of specific production needs and purposes aligned with free market principles;
- Ensure consistently better and fairer working conditions for our worker(s) by applying and complying with all relevant national and international legislative provisions, collective agreements, commitments made by the organization, and requirements under international standards;
- Implement, implement and maintain compliance with Gender Equality requirements over time and adapt to any new requirements that may be required;
- Ensure that all personnel receive adequate training and information on ethics, inclusiveness and equal opportunities;
- Define and continuously update this Gender Equality Policy;
- Extend IPS S.p.A.'s commitment to social sustainability beyond the scope of our activities, actively involving stakeholders and promoting the principles of equality and inclusiveness, identifying and managing social impacts in an ethical and responsible manner;
- Selecting, evaluating and preferring suppliers also on the basis of their ability to respect the human rights of their employees, assessing health and safety impacts on people, and maintaining and managing certified business management systems over time;
- Include principles of equality and equal opportunity as part of the employee evaluation and selection process;
- Adopt an approach of dialogue and confrontation in relations with employees in order to involve them in our commitment to social sustainability and raise their awareness of the principles of Gender Equality;
- Carry out periodic internal audits and reviews aimed at ascertaining compliance with social equality requirements, planning and implementing any corrective and improvement actions where necessary; • Participate in dialogue with all stakeholders, documenting and communicating to all stakeholders IPS S.p.A.'s commitment to Gender Equality;
- Comply with the legislative provisions on equal opportunity, diversity and inclusiveness of all genders;
- Special attention of Top Management in preventing all forms of gender discrimination or forms of physical, verbal and/or digital violence;
- Promote full transparency and fairness in all our work activities and in our relations with stakeholders, including employees(s).
- With regard to external communication, IPS S.p.A adopts a so-called “speaking policy” that defines the manner of presence of company resources at external initiatives of a communicative, institutional, cultural, commercial nature or in which they participate as speakers or trainers. In these situations, IPS S.p.A provides for its personnel to be represented by ensuring, by way of indication and not exclusively, diversity of gender, age, language, ethnic, geographic or national origin, consistent with the role held in IPS S.p.A and with the skills needed in relation to the specific topic dealt with or the event.
