IPS awarded by EDA to produce a study for MARSUR
Rome
The European Defence Agency chose IPS to produce a study for MARSUR Program.
This recognition is a step forward for the ambitions of the company, which aims to lead in one of the most challenging National Security’s domains through investment in cutting-edge in-house developed technologies.
MARSUR project is a technical solution that allows dialog between European maritime information systems and one of the longest-running projects undertaken by the EDA. The interface is installed in each participating Navy’s operational headquarters. A key characteristic of the Marsur network is that there is no central EU component that collects and distributes information. Each Member State is responsible for correlating its own data with the data received from other countries and for boosting the services within the community.
